they are bonkers,no other word for it!:rotfl2:

ok, so was playing for mid/late april-thinking of those lovely flight prices-

however,are you ready for this?!!

studio-£388 pn
1 bed-£532 pn

or, if you want totally crazy:

for a 2 bed villa-£814 per night
3 bed grand villa (with a lake view!)-a steal at £1732 per night

they do vary in different months, but still-wowsa:(

They are crazy prices :-(

are they from wdw site as I've not had SSR come up on any quotes I've been trying to do?

And so you should!:cool1: Yes,per night-I want to be waited on 24/7 and a constant supply of food and drinks for those prices.. They were on complete orlando-my dh had another name when I shared?!:wave2:
Thats never right. Dvc points would be around £100 max for a studio so how they can charge that is ridiculous!! Gonna have to start renting my points :)

Lets hope they do a 35-40% discount for you all with the free ddp. Cannot believe that.

I think the 40% "discount" is exactly why prices are so high right now.

The "discount" will basically bring it down to a normal rate, whilst making people feel like they've got a good deal!

Even with 40% off those prices they are crazy, a studio at £388- 40% = £233

2009 we paid £80/nt incl free DDP increased each year until 2012 we paid £118.
That was my limit for a studio with free DDP, we would rather stay offsite, which we did for 2013 when it increased to over £130, this year it was over £150. If they are increasing to £233 for 2015 that is a massive increase.

I am paying £260 a night for a one bed next week at OKW that is with peak Easter pricing.

In July we are paying £246 a night for a one bed including free dining again at OKW.

I am thinking something is up with those prices :rolleyes2

Thing is wayne people will pay it. I am glad I bought into dvc now if the prices are going to keep going up as the free ddp will soon be dearer than our room only stay and adding the ddp uf we wanted to. I still think paying oop and having annual pass or TIW card is going to be cheaper for us.

I think all the prices have taken a huge hike.

In 2009 I booked 2 weeks POFQ for £900ish. It's double that now.

Then managed to upgrade to AKL for only an extra £400! (Think there was a glitch maybe but still)

It's making me reconsider our 2015 SSR plan and stick to our 2016 AKL/GF one.

It'll cost slightly more but at least we'll be at our favourite resort(s)

Guess we'll have to wait and see what the deals are.

Disney will always have its fans who will pay. Thankfully we enjoy offsite as much which costs us around £100/nt for room & food & tips. The last time we did free DDP in 2012 I was shocked at what we paid in drinks & tips, around $7/pint for beer & $20/meal tips, offsite costs us around $2.50 for a pint and max $10 tips.

Just looked at CO for 2015 and for the same time in July as we are going this year is £320 per night at the moment for a one bedroom.

If they offer the same sort of discount it will make it cheaper than this year so I expect reduced discounts ;)
