What new buildings are open at SSR. Last time I stayed it was in the Commons, and I thought new ones were to open this spring. Have they opened on schedule?

Phase 1-Congress Park-(where I stayed) 4 buildings, is completely opened.
Phase 11- The Springs 3 buildings are (I believe) completed
Phase 111- The Paddocks are being built now, but will not be completely finished until 2007.

The 5 Paddocks buildings are still part of phase II, and should be opening more or less monthly throughout the rest of the year.

The 6 phase III buildings are the ones not scheduled to open til 2007. They have begun site preparation for phase III now, with demolition of the old fairway villas underway.

I am wondering of you had stayed at SSR when only Congress Park was open if it feels different to have new buildings open now. Seeing people walking around in that area would lend a little different feel, imho.

We bought into Phase II and our building is scheduled to open on Aug 2nd. I beleive it is one of the paddock buildings as they look to be almost completed with the expeception of some interior work and landscaping.
