I really hope that those who had bus issues addressed them with management during your stay as it sounds like it is a bit of a problem and I'd hate to only be reading about it here to find out that no one is bringing it up directly with management (and no, I don't mean calling the central front desk) so that it continues.
We own at SSR and have stayed there several times and love it - although we rent a car almost every trip!

He did radio ahead for us and a bus was coming within a few minutes. But after 2 OKW busses pulled up and no SSR, we were really starting to wonder. Otherwise, I didn't feel my bus wait times were any longer than at the YC, Swan, or WL where I've stayed before. But then again, I never had priority seating that I HAD to be at for a certain time and I try not to rush on vacation.
) and we found th busses ok. Not great. Not really bad. However most of the time we did end up taking the car to most places besides MK because it was easier (especailly with the kids at closing time.) We were very glad we had a car. I don't find it as nessasry at BCV or VWL.
