I am trying to map out how to use our points next year since our 11 month window is coming up. We are low on points since we did a 2 bedroom this year at Disney and have Aulani coming up soon.

We are doing a none Disney trip so only about 3-4 nights at Disney. Might do one day at MK or the Xmas party. Current plans our 3 days Legoland/ 3 days Disney/3 days Universal.

I have just enough points to stay at a 1 bedroom at Saratoga (home resort). Wondering if I should stalk at 7 months to see if I can find a studio near MK since we will doing MK 1 day and maybe visiting Fort Wilderness one day.
(this is assuming I can stalk and find something, but I am a pretty good stalker and usually have good luck since we tend to only need 3 days in the middle of a week)

Family of 4/ 2 adults and 2 kids-7+5. I could also be smart and save the points and do a studio at SSR. Also have just enough points for 3 nights at our other home resort Boardwalk but like to save those for RunDisney weekends.

Thanks! (Trying to plan smart. I own resale and can usually borrow points 1 time no problem. But when I try to modify and borrow more points I always have an issue and have to call. Don’t want to call at 7 month day and miss something good bc I can’t borrow points.)

With the resale borrowing glitch, MS let me borrow the max and then I unborrowed a few points. This is against the written policy, but it was the only workaround MS had for me, for a problem they created.

Our vote is for a studio on the monorail loop for sure. For three nights you can’t beat the location and fun that being close to MK will bring. If you do The Grand or Poly the studios are spacious and the extra shower is great!
