What are the ap rates here for a studio and 1 bedroom? Any ideas? We are looking at spring break and July.

I would also suggest the dvc rent and trade board. since this is part of the disney vacation club you may be able to rent points from an owner. I would suggest doing this only if you are going Sunday thru Friday. Friday and Saturday nights are very expensive. Just a thought because I don't know if AP rates come out for the condos.
