Which resort are you trying to get? We're waiting on AKV.

I didn't mind so much the first two weeks - but now I'm chomping at the bit! We are buying at SSR - 160 pts for $64/pt. I keep seeing them go through for about that amount - I just hope ours isn't the one that decide to not waive.

We're doing AKV. We're trying for $78/pt for 135 pts. Our agent felt optimistic when we put in the offer, and I saw that one went through for $75, so...

Ditto... been waiting since early June on three small contracts. I got excited a few weeks ago when some folks reported on a quick trip through ROFR. I had hoped that meant we'd get a quick response too... but noooooo. =(

Looking at the recent ROFR lists, it seems that Disney picks up contracts seasonally... there are a lot that were picked up around the holiday season in December and January.

There was a big incentive offer for people taking a tour while at the parks in December and early January and they sold a lot of contracts. My DSIL bought during that incentive. Also in February or so the $90 incentive for OKW occurred and I think they ROFRd a lot of contract before and during that incentive, same with SSR which is now $90 per point.

I passed ROFR for an okw contract at I believe $52 per point.

Oh btw, that was over 10 years ago. I do not want to sell but its a good feeling that my contract would sell for more than I paid
