Santa's trains questions

I was thinking of taking my 8 YO DGD on one of the Santa Train rides. There are a few in Vermont and one in New Hampshire and 1 in Lennox Ma. Does anyone have any recommendations. I also thought about Santa's Land in VT. Has anyone been there recently? I took my kids when they were little but that was about 25 years ago

I am not sure either. I would love to know how much fun children have. Kady is a child who looks for the "magical" in everything, she is not literal with Christmas or other Holiday traditions.
