While visiting the DHS last week and waiting in the queue for The Little Mermaid show, My 3 yo DD noticed a man with a long white beard, long white hair that was pulled into a ponytail and a big belly. She quickly pointed out to her 6 yo sister that he looked like Santa. My DD6 agreed that it did indeed look like Santa, but it couldn't be him because Santa likes cold weather and he isn't wearing a red "uniform"
Their conversation was quite funny as they looked at him and discussed his authenticity. This man must have heard my DDs talking and turned around a gave them a little wink
and a wave. My daughters smiled, but my DD6 was not convinced yet. Their conversation continued while this man reached into his wife's pocketbook and pulled out a laminated card and handed it to my DD6. It had small picture of him and his wife dressed as Mr. and Mrs. Clause. It read... From: Mr and Mrs Claus. It also included an address. He told my DD to send him her list next Christmas.
I thought my kids would fall over. The expression on their faces were PRICELESS.
I later explained to my DDs that Santa must like to vacation at WDW too.
