Santa Mickey ears for cruise

I have one that I made for "Disney Cruise Porthole Room Numbers" in my 4shared file in the link in my signature below. When you open up my 4shared file...it is in the "Porthole Art" file.

I have not been on a cruise but everyone says that the porthole number is 7.5 inches. To make mine...print the black porthole that I made and make sure that it measures 7.5 inches across.

Next print out the mickey ears on card-stock and trim out. Then print out the Santa hat on card-stock and trim. Place the ears and then the santa hat on the outside of the circle to make sure that they will fit on your porthole room number. The Santa hat will overlap the mickey ears but should not overlap the circle (porthole #) other than a little bit of the fuzzy ball at the end of the hat.

Then you can laminate the ears and hat seperately and/or add magnets to the back of each. You can also print them on magnetic paper...but do a trial print first to make sure they are the right size and look good on the porthole before you put them on the magnetic paper. To save money some people have used clear contact/shelf paper to laminate them if they are printed on card-stock.

Here is an example of what it should look like. The big black circle represents the porthole number.

Hope that helps! If you make mine...let me know how they fit on the door after your trip. Also, since I have never been on a cruise and haven't been able to try these out...make sure you take a pair of sciccors just in case you need to trim them a little to fit around the porthole number.
