Hi I have 2 separate booking for the Santa Fe and was told I should email them asking if we can keep the same room rather than moving does anyone know the email address for the Santa Fe and how far in advance should I get in touch with them? Thank you

i usually phone the hotel (we have the hotel direct phone number in our booking and contact information thread on the very useful information sticky at the top of the forum ). About 3 or 4 days ahead of your check-in date, phone the hotel and give them the lead name on the booking. They can then link both bookings together and you should be able to stay in the same room for the entire duration of your stay.
