Sanity Check - Check-in Process

I need a sanity check - if our sail date is 7/25, and today (Tuesday) the app says 33 days 14 hours left until sail date - when do I check in? I saw somewhere that said when the app says 30 days - but Thursday evening at midnight it will say 30 days 23 hours 59 minutes - is that check in? Or does it have to say 29 days 23 hours 59 minutes, which would be Friday evening’s midnight.

If today is Tuesday and the app says 33 days + 14 hours…etc — then is my check in Thursday evening at midnight, or Friday evening at midnight?

I realize my question is confusing! What’s throwing me is the hours and minutes.

Online check in will open when the app says 29 days 23 hours 59 minutes (based on eastern time).

If you are in the eastern time zone it is 29 days 23 hours 59 minutes. The app shows your local time but check-in starts at midnight eastern time. So if you are in a different time zone, adjust accordingly (for example I think west coast may read 30 days 2 hours 59 minutes because it is 3 hours behind).

We are sailing 7/25 as well, check in is this Friday night at 9:01pm pacific which is Saturday morning at 12:01am Eastern

I just completed online check in a couple of days ago for our upcoming Disney Wish Cruise and was able to do it at midnight eastern. I did have to use the DCL moble app since the check in option didn't appear on the website until much later that same day.

I completed on-line check-in at midnight last Friday. I was able to do everything on my laptop, incognito mode and then I made a change on my phone via the app that took me to a browser. But I am part of a FB group for the cruise and several people had issues with check-in and it seems no matter what type of device they had things just spun. It seems as though people that logged on right at midnight though had success. If you logged on a bit later then that's when they ran into issues.
