Sanibel Island

My grandmother recently attended a wedding reception for a couple who got married on Sanibel Island. They were married by a paster who along with his wife planned the entire ceremony. The couple was married on the beach.
Has anyone been married on Sanibel Island or know of anyone who has?
My aunt and mom think that it would be fun if we did a destination wedding to Sanibel Island for my DFi and I to get married. I must say that this appeals to me and I am leaning towards getting married down there.

I don't know anyone who has gotten married there but I've been to Sanibel Island and it is certainly beautiful down there! The great thing about it is that it is not nearly as commercialized as other parts of Florida and think it would be a great place for a beach wedding!
