Sanford Transportation

We are looking at flying into Sanford airport, which will save us a bundle. I think we will get a shuttle from the airport to WDW.

The problem is when we return. We have an early flight from Sanford, so we thought we would stay in Sanford then night before our return flight. I have points for a free stay at the La Quinta, which is about 6 miles from the airport. They don't have a shuttle, and we will have 5 kids with us. I can't imagine a taxi having carseats.

Any suggestions on getting from the La Quinta to the airport around 6:30 in the morning??

There is no "shuttle" from Sanford to Disney. Magical Express is only from MCO.

Your choices are:
Rental Car
Taxicab
Limousine
Four hours by public transportation including three changes of bus.

And how were you planning to get to the LaQuinta?

I am aware there is no shuttle from Sanford that is operated by Disney. We will utilize a privately owned company for transport from the airport to our resort and the round trip price will include transportation back to the La Quinta.

I have that part taken care of. I asked about transportation from the La Quinta to the Sanford airport.

La Quinta will be your contact for resources back to Sanford. I would imagine a significant volume of guests there are shuttling to the airport as a reason to stay.
