What is the cheapest way to get to WDW from Sanford for 2 people taxi, shuttle, or rental car?

Probably a rental car. A car service or cab could cost close to $100 each way. I know of no shuttles that run between the two.

Hey there -

It's been a while (2005), but when I flew into Sanford, the rental car was A LOT cheaper than any other mode of transportation. I used mousesavers codes and got a steal/deal.... that ended up being an even bigger steal/deal because I got a Chrysler Sebring Convertible for $120 for the week.

And, I really appreciated having wheels on property - it just made getting to ADRs and lots of park hopping much easier.

What ever you do DO NOT use Sanford Transportation. They never showed to pick us up for our flight. After repeated phone calls at 6am we jumped into a cab to make our flight. They called at 7am looking for us at the resort, we would have never made our flight times then. They will not return my calls or emails so PLEASE avoid them!!!!!

We're flying into Sanford, and decided to rent a car.
