Sanford airport Orlando

Is there anyone who already went to Sanford with Allegiant Air?

-If yes, is it easy to rent a car, even if we get there late (22h15)?

-Or do you have any suggestion for a hotel with shuttle around the airport?

I believe Alamo is open late and will remain open if a flight is running late.

The Holiday Inn Express-Sanford is just a few miles away and runs a shuttle van. Not sure how late though; best call them and ask. But even a taxi would not be very much. But if you rent a car, you could just drive to the HIE.
