so, we have finalized our menu!!

appetizer-
pan seared crab cake with mango red onion chutney,tamarind coulis and leeks
salad-
mozzarella with tomatoes and aged balsamic vinegar
entree
seared beef filet with red wine demi paired with rosemary grilled mahi-mahi
served with roasted garlic yukon gol masshed potatoes, baby carrots, asparagus and petty pan squash.
dessert-
wedding cake (2tier)
1st tier- marble cake w/ bavarian cream
2nd tier- chocolate cake w/ tropical mousse
