Sandcastle Kids Club

Has anyone used this kids club recently? I'm thinking of dropping off DS while DH and I check out the F & W festival alone one evening. DS LOVED the Netherland Club - especially it's "FREE" arcade games. How's this club compare?

Our boys like it just fine, though that was a couple years ago. Our oldest said Sandcastle Club has non-Disney video games whereas AKL club only had Disney ones, so that's a big plus!

My daughters 4 & 11 were there in June. They loved it. They made so many cute stick puppets. I ended up keeping them all and putting them in their scrapbooks.

Ditto here...my girls LOVED the Sandcastle club...it was their absolute favorite of all the on site facilities. Smaller than Neverland, but lots of fun video games and activities.

I had my three nephews 9, 11 and 15 with us. We dropped the 9 yo at the Sandcastle club, and we gave the 11 yo his choice to stay or go to Epcot. He saw the video game stations, and decided to stay. They both enjoyed it, and we enjoyed an evening at Epcot with the 15 yo.

We have used this club twice, when our kids were 6 and 9, and recently when they were 8 and 11. They enjoyed it both trips. I don't think it is as themed as Neverland but it is a night off their feet, good arcade/video games and nice CMs. My daughter was the oldest the night she was there and one of the CMs played cards with her and they treated her age appropriate even though there were many youngsters that night.

Sounds like a great club! Did your kids eat dinner there? If so, what time to they serve dinner and what are the choices? Thanks!

Yes my kids ate there both times. I think they order twice, once at 6:00 and once again at 7:00. Pretty typical kids stuff, gr. cheese, burger, chix tenders etc... but kids said the meal came with fries and fresh fruit which they liked. The meal was included in the hourly cost (atleast I think it was )
