Sand Street Station

What exactly is Sand Street Station in DD?
Is it worth w/ a 9 month old?

SSS is a small section in the Marketplace section. It has a small playground, train ride, etc.. for little ones. Here's the link to the WDW info on it:

Okay, I didn't know what that was called but we did it last month. There is a cute train--I think $1 a ride. A small playground on sand was there, too. Our 3-year-old really liked the train, the playground was just okay.
