We have reservations for Sanaa in November but we are thinking of changing to Boma ... any opinions ??

They are 2 completely different experiences and food profiles. Both are very, very good. Just have a look at each of the menus and go with the one that appeals most.

On many trips, we'll eat at both places during our stay.

Sanaa serves lunch and dinner and is regular table service from menu. BOMA serves breakfast and dinner and is buffet. BOMA tends to be noisier because of it's location in the Lodge, whereas Sanaa tends to be a quieter experience. I happen to love both and will probably be going to both a lot in December since I am finally staying at AKL for a week. BOMA has the best breakfast in WDW in my opinion. As PP said, look at the menus. BOMA is buffet so would have more options and you can sample a lot of things, but the menu items at Sanaa are very good if you want to stick to one or two choices. Just my two cents; take them for what they're worth. Either way, you can't really go wrong. Have a great time.

Sanaa and Boma are two of my favorite resort restaurants. Sanaa is my favorite of the two. Make sure you look over the menus of both places and make sure the offerings are something that interest you, some people try it and don't like it, but it is mostly because they are just not into that type of food.

Same with us but if we could only do one it would be Boma, one of two buffets we frequent. Boma offers just so many amazing options we cannot miss it.

I'd always pick Sanaa over Boma.

However, that opinion probably means nothing to you since you don't know anything about my likes/dislikes. Please tell us about yours so we can give you advice that's more tailored to you.

Boma - atypical buffet with 'exotic' curry flavors.

Sanaa - a room that includes daylight view of animals on the Savannah.

If traveling with young children during a daylight dinner or you are going for lunch - Sanaa.

If you really enjoy the variety of buffets - Boma.

If you cannot decide - coin flip.

I chose lunch at Sanaa in the hopes that we'd be able to see the animals. Otherwise, I'd have probably chosen Boma.
