I asked on the vegetarian thread, but I didn't get a response.. Hopefully, someone can answer this for me. :)

Just wondering if anyone knew off the top of their head if the pilaf served at Sanaa was made with a vegetarian stock or if an animal stock/broth is used? Any help is greatly appreciated! :goodvibes

I do not know for sure, as I've not yet been to Sanaa- but I bet it's made w/ veggie stock. Sanaa seems to be one of the most veggie-friendly places in WDW, and is one of the few places to have vegan choices as well as lacto-ovo.

I saw your question on the vegetarian thread- I didn't answer there because I was hoping someone would know for sure. I wish we could get that vegetarian thread going again- it seems to get active for a while, then dies down....

I plan to take lots of meal photos when I'm there next month, so maybe that will get things rolling again :woohoo:

Thanks for responding! I figure I should err on the side of caution with it comes to things like this. :) I was hoping someone knew for sure, but I guess I could always either wait and ask there or just call. :lmao:

It would definitely be nice if the vegetarian/vegan thread were more active. If I can I'll try to add some pictures when we get back from WDW in September. I usually forget to take pictures of my food. :)
