Hey All...

I just noticed that the price for the Cape May Breakfast went up. Originally I had intended to pay OOP for this meal since I figured it would be cheaper that way and use my TS credit for a Sanaa lunch instead. (All of our other ADR's would work out more OOP).

We are 2 adults and 2 kids (5,9). We are not big eaters, so probably wouldn't order apps, but do like to try desserts (although the ones on the Sanaa menu don't look too appealing, but please correct me if I'm wrong!).

Now that the prices have increased do you think it's still better to do Cape May out-of-pocket or Sanaa?

TIA!! Appreciate all the advice on here! :goodvibes

Let's see. Are you calculating the OOP cost of the Cape May breakfast at around $95 ? If so, then maybe you could see what that would be compared to the TS at Saana's lunch?

Well...Allears is showing that the adult price is $26.99 and $12.99 for children, so $80 in total if my math is correct. For people who have eaten at Sanaa...anyone have any input/comparisons?

Thanks!

Sanaa would be cheaper. The kids meals are less than $10. Most entrees are under $20 even at dinner. The menu is on the Disney website. You have to pay for appetizers under DDP anyway.

Your math is correct, but are you adding tax and tip for OOP at Cape May? Just a thought.

Sanaa is absolutely incredible! First rate food and service. Cape May is very second tier in my estimation. Great that you can see the animals out the windows too! Our children are adventurous eaters and willing to try something new, so it was perfect for us. The buffet at CM was not very good at all. Woouldn't go back.

Sanaa is a must do. Everything we had was excellent. Of the 12 TS restaurants we ate at last month, it was easily the best one that trip. I haven't done Cape May except for breakfast, but thought there was not anything special about it. Sanaa also has a great selection of wine (Pepperpot recommended). Besides the food though, the ambience is the best of any in the parks IMO because of the windows out to the animals on the savannah. I love California Grill, but you can do drinks there and get the same ambience (now that it is 2TS). The only thing we have done that trumped Sanaa is Rose and Crown during Illuminations.

Sanaa! I didn't enjoy Cape May but Sanaa was great! Worth the money

With the holiday surcharge Disney puts on the buffet it might be cheaper to pay OOP for Sanaa. If kids meals are $8ish and the breakfast would be $13ish at Cape May. I usually pay oop for our Character breakfast but this trip its cheaper to pay OOP for 50's prime time.
