I've been trying to find a menu for SaNaa. Allears, DIS, and Disney World all have 3 different menus variances. Which one is current?

I'm hoping to get the bread with accompaniments at dinner. Is this accurate?
I'm also wondering what changes they can make to items? I'm traveling with DH who is soo picky and driving me crazy with trying to find plain options for him. I want a meal for me. Can they do the steak with no seasoning and just some potato? Or should I feed him at Mara and then he can eat bread at SaNaa while I have my choice of meal.

Thanks for any help!

I think the bread is their signature so I highly doubt it would go away, especially anytime soon. The travel channel did a show that included Sanaa a couple of months ago and it highlighted the bread and how it is made.

As for menus, I'm fairly certain that those sites you named all have a date for when it was last updated so I would be guided by that.

The bread service is a mainstay so it should be on the menu.
I have had the steak twice and it is very good, just make sure he orders it with nothing on it. The potatoes they serve are spiced with curry type spices and I wasn't a fan, but the second time I had the rice pilaf and that was good.
I didn't ask but they might be able to do a baked potato for him.

Your DH can actually make a meal of the bread service along with a bowl of soup! The slow-cooked short ribs served with pilaf or Jasmine rice aren't very spicy.

Restaurants can usually prepare steaks without seasonings or sauces. The potatoes would depend on what is available at the restaurant. Most likely they wouldn't be able to do a baked potato since that doesn't seem to be anywhere on the Sanaa menu, but if there is a potato side dish you could ask if that can be done without seasonings.

They can do a plain steak.

As for potatoes, they won't be able to provide anything they don't have (yes, baked potato is likely out) but ask if they can do anything with potatoes or some plain roasted ones. I don't recall any potato side dishes there.
