Sanaa bread service recipe help?

Does anybody know how I might go about getting the recipe to the various dipping sauces that come with the Sanaa bread service? My nephew ate it once, loved it and was perfectly fine. He ordered it on a follow-up trip, and had a terrifying allergic reaction. Would like to check and see what the ingredients in it are, so we can see if maybe he's developing some new allergies as he gets older. Thanks for any help you guys can give.
