SAn Pedro Web-cam?

I have been on the San Pedro web site that has been listed here on the boards but cannot locate the web-cam on that site - am I overlooking it?

There is no web cam of the San Pedro port according to the Port Authority. I believe all web cams in the area were taken out for security measures post-911 because the Port of Los Angeles which includes both Long Beach & San Pedro ports is one of the largest ports in the world.

For those of us here in the midwest is there anyway to see the festivities for the departure of the Magic this evening? I have checked the ABC Los Angeles web sites and could not find any information listed.

Jandreas, I too checked the so.cal. new stations and came up with nothing as well. I guess we'll have to rely on ole' reliable...our fellow so.cal DISers.

Here is a web cam shot of the Magic as she heads down the channel toward the Pacific. It is pretty far away but is the only cam that I have found. It only refreshes every 30 minutes.

they did show the ship leaving on abc evening news it was great the news man used the ship as his back ground while he was talking about the weather I recorded it so I can watch it again. Four weeks from today I will pulling out of port on the ship.
