I just received my new passporter's (very exciting). We are going on our cruise Aug 7 (also very exciting). But I was alittle surprised they changed the itinerary for the Aug. 7,21 and Sept. 4,2004. It will be going to San Juan instead of St. Maarten. I didn't realize this. It still has on the disney website that they are going to St. Maarten that week. Does anyone know where it is going that week?

I am on the Aug 21 cruise and we are going to San Juan instead of St Thomas.

Oops! actually maybe it is instead of St Martin! But anyway, it is going to San Juan insted of one of the regular ports.

This kind of caught me off guard I had been looking for things to do in St Maarten. Does anyone know of anything "not to be missed in San Juan"?

tink5 congrats on sailing on the cruise with the coolest people around. Please join us on the August 7, 2004...who's going? discussion.

As far as I know, this cruise was always planned with stops in San Juan and St. Thomas. We booked it on our last cruise last July. Personally, having been to St. Martin, I think you'r ebetter off. And you'll LOVE St. Thomas/St. John.

they let you off in old san juan which is pretty nice during the day lots of cobble stone streets and shops there are also old forts to explore and if you have time take a cab to the beach which is where all the hotels are. Great food around also just be real carfuly after dark we lived there for awhile and it can be bad after dark.. but the weather is great year round . also if you remember get a pincho from one of the stands they are very tasty

Thanks for all your help everyone. I'll have to start looking at San Juan information. Please tell me what a "pincho" is.
