San Diego Hotel w/indoor pool

Does anyone out there know of a hotel in San Diego w/an indoor pool? I found one - it has suites & they are sooooooo high priced ($350+ per night!).
Suites or just single room hotels. (2 families - connecting rooms or suite)

The Embassy Suites in Downtown San Diego, right next to their Seaport Village, has an indoor pool.

The Embassy Suites in LaJolla does too! We stayed there and loved it! I think I paid about $150 a night and it included an awesome hot breakfast!
