San Clemente

...we are hoping to take the Amtrak from DLR to San Clemente ( or somewhere similar ) can anyone offer advice on places to eat, things to see or do....or offer ideas for an alternative? Travelling in December.

What are you hoping to see in San Clemente?

Before getting to San Clemente you might want to stop in San Juan Capistrano. Within walking distance is the mission, one of the 21 missions that Fr Junipero Serra set up when the Spaniards first came to California.

Not really hoping to see anything in particular, just fancied a relaxing day by the sea, away from the hustle and bustle of the parks. I'll check out your link, thanks a lot x
