San Angel Restaurant Question

I love the ambiance of the San Angel Restaurant in Mexico at Epcot. My father doesn't like Mexican food (the rest of us love it) and we all want to be able to eat there together. Does anyone know if they will do a plain chicken breast or something modified to be pretty basic? Thanks.

It's not chicken, but we enjoyed the steak. It is seasoned different than usual, but it was good.

Ditto on the steak. He could always just order an app and dessert.

There is a grilled chicken breast on the menu. If it is not marinated in advance it could probably be ordered plain with the sauce left off or served on the side.

There is also some grilled chicken on the kids menu that could likely be made into an adult portion. They also have a very non-Mexican Ceaser salad
