San Angel Inn refurb?

I just read that the San Angel Inn is scheduled for a refurb in May.
I couldn't seem to find this info anywhere to confirm.

When in May is it slated to begin?
We were given reservations for the first week of May without a problem. I'm assuming that even under construction, they are still serving. Should I anticipate any issues with our meal there if they have begun construction? Just wondering if I should try to get an ADR somewhere else. DH wasn't thrilled to eat there in the first place, and will be even less thrilled if we get there and the place is all torn apart or noisy!

What I was told when I tried to book a late May reservation was that the whole Mexico marketplace area & restaurant would be closed to the public at that time for major refurbishment. One rumor is that a bar will be added.
Anyway, don't think you need to worry in early May -- sounds like they will not be serving anything once they actually start the refurb.

Maybe the mysterious and legendary tequila bar will finally be making an appearance.

When will it re open, My DH and I would like to try the San Angel Inn in September when we are at WDW .

Looks like we'll be ok for our early May res.
I'm looking forward to eating there - the atmosphere looks fun!
