San Angel Inn new menu question?

I'm hoping someone can answer this question. On the new dinner menu, is there anywhere, ala carte, children's menu, meal etc. that you can get just your standard, cheese, beef, or chicken enchilada. My 2 year old loves enchiladas and that is what she always wants at Mexican restaurants, and it is not going to be pretty if she discovers there is a Mexican restaurant on the planet that doesn't serve them. I think I saw they have a shrimp enchilada, but I know she won't eat that. I would really like to surprise my Mom by taking her there on our trip as I know she loves the beautiful atmosphere and this will be her 1st vacation in 5 years, but if they don't have anything my child will eat, it will not be a pleasant experience.

I didnt see anything like that on 9/19 but maybe you can special order it I mean how hard can it be, maybe Id call disney ask for the number to the restaurant and ask them
