Hello! I'm just wondering if anyone has a recipe for Chicken Mole Poblano that tastes like what they serve at the San Angel Inn. I fell in love with this dish last time I was at Epcot. I got Mole chicken at another Mexican restaurant at home and... it just didn't taste the same. Very bitter. If I make it at home, I just want to be sure that the recipe tastes like what I had at Epcot rather than the bitter style I had elsewhere. Thanks in advance!
