Samsung Tablet 10.1 question

I purchased the Samsung Tablet 10.1 less than a week and it started freezing up last night. Minimum use and absolutely impossible to get on disboards - it just kept going to black screen. I'm thinking I should return this for a refund while I still have time - maybe it is a bad one out of the batch. Opinions please.
 
I just bought one a few weeks ago myself & haven't had a problem. For peace of mind, I would take it back for a replacement. I really enjoy mine so far.
 
Interesting... I've been having trouble the past couple days getting into the DISboards app on my iPod Mini. I wonder if there's an app issue.
 

Full reboot? I tried powering off and on a few times, but it kept doing the same lock up.
 
There are 4 of these in my family without issues like that. I think you got a lemon, I would see if you can exchange it.
 
2 weeks for an exchange. After that you will have to deal with Samsung.

Don't know how they are but I have had horrible luck with HP (computer and tablet).

I'd exchange.
