Samsung Galaxy S4 work w/MDE app?

My old iPhone 4 is dying. I am dreadfully cheap and can get a free hand me down Galaxy S4. Will the Disney app work? I know I should be more concerned about other features/issues, but this is what my WDW obsessed brain gets stuck on. Thank you!!!

I don't see why not. It has more power than an Iphone 4. Probably by orders of magnitude but I didn't look it up.

I have a Galaxy S4 and was just in Disney November 7th to the 14th. I had no problems with the app. I did have problems with my phone and the WiFi service. The signal would go in and out which would cause my phone to search for the WiFi which then ran my battery down. I wound up turning off the WiFi on my phone and just using my data on my plan. My carrier is TMobile, don't know if that makes a difference or not.

Thank you both so much! I think when the app first came out it wasn't not android compatible. That was why I was hesitant. This helps me a lot!

The wife's S4 worked fine with the App in August as did my Note4, so you should be good to go!

Adding here also, I did use an S4 in the past, worked fine.

we were there a couple of weeks ago and i used my s4 and have verizon service and never had any problems using mde

Yup. Totally. Used it in Sept, will use again in Feb.
