Seeing as I'm off in a week      I thought it was about time to do my pre trip report!!!

Cast:
Me (Sam) 20 - Fan of all things disney...must have about half the disney store in my room!!!

The Boyfriend (Ryan) 20 - 2nd trip to disney and keen to get face painted like a pirate again!

The tag-along...my brother (stephen) 17 - first trip to disney, has previously asked what i bring to amuse myself while at disney (eg a football...eek)

I've been to dlp every summer for the last 3 years and after going with dbf last year he was happy enough to make a return trip this summer :goodvibes (i'm also trying to get an xmas trip out of him coz we're getting annual passes but i haven't told him this yet! :lmao: )

We're heading off on monday the 7th at 5.15 am  and getting the direct train from st pancras with bro sat about 8 carriages behind me and dbf woop!
Day 1 the plan is to dump our luggage in the lockers at the station and head into the park to get out APs then go for the biggest rollercoaster with the shortest queue hehe! We'll go back to the hotel (the Holiday Inn) and check in for about 3ish and head straight back out to the parks until 10.30 ish

Days 2-5 we have no set plan...we're just going to wing it which has worked for me before on previous trips. We're going to watch all the usual parades and fireworks (enchanted woooo) and make sure we watch the stunt show (dbf loves it!). The current dinner plan is to eat at blue lagoon, cafe mickey, silver spur and possible the rainforest cafe.

Luckily on our last day we've got a fairly late train home so we can stay in the park til about 6.45 ish giving us enough time to get those last few rides in!

I'm getting a bit too excited now i think my mum would be quite happy to lock me in my room and leave me there til sunday night lol! Trip reports will be up in a couple of weeks!!!!!

Yay!!

Can't believe its so close now!!!

Might see you there!!!! :)

Have a great time!

Re: Eurostar... You only need to be at the station/terminal around 30mins in advance. If your train is at 7.37pm (that's what we had in April) we were at the station at 6.30pm and that was early. The train was there but there was nothing to do really... See the parade etc and slowly make your way to the train.

woops i somehow thought our trains was earlier than that even though we're getting the 7.37 :confused3 yay more time in the parks!!!!!!!!

looking forward to your trip report, you'll have to let us know how you find the Holiday Inn :)

Sounds good so far, I to would stay in the park a little longer *** we got to the train station probably around 6.45pm and by the time we had gone through security and got on the train as it was already in it was about 7pm and we had 37 mins to wait before leaving and like someone else said there is nothing to do except the buffet car was open!!!:)

I've stayed at the holiday inn 3 times before and i've always found it to be really nice...i've never had any problems while i've been staying there!
