Sam's Budget Coupons

Does anyone know if Sam's has a coupon code for Budget?

I looked all over their website. I've done several google searches and I can't come up with anything other than Costco codes but I'm not a Costco member

I got a notice (email) in 2010 that Sam's Club would no longer offer travel services. I did ask at my local club just to see if they had any codes up front like they used to and was told again that they no longer did travel.
