Sams After Christmas Sales??

Looking at the bow's, gift tags and wrap. I think they were all priced around $10. Will these go 1/2 off like Target after the holidays??

Sometimes they mark them down before Christmas, sometimes after. Last year it was marked down the week before and after Christmas it was sold out. I know when I went to our store a couple days ago, some Christmas stuff was already marked down and our store had a ton of stuff and it seems like people were not buying it like in years past.

The Sam's in my area still had some Halloween stuff leftover and just marked it down a couple of days ago. It seems like there is not pattern.
