Sam's $100 Disney GC with $10 Disney Store cards still available?

I remember reading about Sam's selling $100 Disney gift cards with a bonus $10 Disney Store gift card a while back. I checked at our Sam's and did not see any. Is this a seasonal item? Are they still commonly being sold? Also, is it an actual $100 gift card or a 4 pack of $25 gift cards? Any info to share?

Has anyone bought them and used them to pay the balance on a vacation you had reserved? Is there a limit to how many you can use that way?

My local Sams no longer has these cards. It has been at least a year since they have had them.

I haven't seen this deal at my local Sam's Club since 2011. I certainly wish they would offer it again.

I haven't seen the 100.00 w/10.00 gc in at least a year. last time I was in sam's club they had 50 and 100.00 Disney gc for a decreased price. It was 1 card not package of them although I may have seen those also. They usually turn up around November for Christmas holiday.
