Samples in carry on bags

I wasn't sure where to post this here, or in transportation. We are flying Allegiant to SFB the end of the month, renting a car, and staying at Cypress Pointe GV.

Normally when we travel, we drive, so I take tons of samples I have for laundry detergent, dish detergent, body wash, shampoo, etc. This time, we are flying and we are not checking any luggage. So, can I take these samples in our carry on bags? There will be 5 of us, each with their own little quart baggie. All the samples I have are well under the 3.4 oz limit.

Has anyone done this?
