Sample Promotions Group...Know anything about them?

I was on TRU online looking for an Aquadoodle and I saw a link for SPG. It says I can get a free Aquadoodle for participating. This is all it says about them without having to give my info:

Anyone know if this is legit? I'm usually wary of offers like this but from lurking on this board I know some are OK.

You probably have to sign up for 3 credit cards, use them and prove to them you signed up. Trust me, there are many hoops you have to jump through. Buy the aquadoodle. You'll be glad you did.
