Same tickets different Disney parks?

I don't mean like MK and Epcot, park hopping at the same area, but if you bought multiple day tickets can you use some days at WDW then later <with the no-expiration option) go to EuroDisney? Or DisneyLand?

Nope, sorry. All tickets are specific to the particular Disney resort.
