At breakfast? I'm thinking about breakfast on our last morning (leaving WL around 10:00 a.m.) I was wondering if the wait staff cut up that early in the morning.

Yes, same stuff going on. Breakfast may be a little less rowdy than dinner, but not by much IMO.
