I booked a Deluxe size room at WL, so that we can accommodate the 6 of us pre-cruise (4 adults, 2 kids). I'll be checking in on Dec. 25th with DH and the 2 kids, and the next day, my older son and his girfriend will be joining us and staying in the pullout in the parlor room.

As of now, I only have the 4 of us booked. I'm about to call and ask to have them put on the ressie for the next day. Can that be done? It's a club level room, so we have to make sure they're on our ressie in order to have club access.

I wish I could just take care of this online, as I don't enjoy talking on the phone!

(Also, I have to cancel my original Pop ressie, but there's no place to do it online, even though I made the reservation online at the WDW website.)

I don't think you can have 6 people in the room, unless one of the kids is under 3.

Oh dear, I just assumed that since the pullout was a queen, the room would accommodate 6. Hmm, ok, I'd better stop stalling and call. Thanks for responding.

Ok, I called, and want to pass on some info in case anyone's interested.

The Deluxe rooms at WL accommodate 6 plus a child under 3 years old in a pack-n-play, which is provided. So my group is good.

However, even though my adult son and his girlfriend will be checking in on the second day, they have to be on the original arrival date of the reservation. That means I have to pay the extra adult fee of $25 x 2 for the one night that thyhey won't be there.

The CM suggested them getting their own room for the one night, but then they wouldn't have Club level privileges, since I'm not booking a $600 a night non-club room just for them. (sorry kids!)

Anyway, I'm on hold as she puts it all in the system, and it's taking a long time. I've heard 5 full Disney songs already. I hope there isn't a problem.

As long as you are not exceeding the number of people allowed in the room, you could probably add them to the reservation when they arrive.

We did this with my brother last August. We are a family of six and booked 2 rooms at POR with a MYW plus dining package. He decided to come after we had booked, and when he got there we just added him to the reservation, and he got his own room key at that time. He was not included in the package, and had to be responsible for his own food and tickets. It worked great for all of us!
