I had my one month check up at Curves on Monday. Everything stayed the same except I lost 1/2" around my waist. :Pinkbounc
 

Hope March is starting off well for you! With the extra sunshine and warmer temps it should get easier to stay on plan and get to Curves. ::yes::

You're doing a great job with WW and Curves. I started back up with WW yesterday, and I'm at the weight you were when you started the program. I hope I have similar success!

I avoided posting since Monday. :rolleyes: I gained 1.5lbs this week. It was tough getting back into the groove after coming back from vacation. I messed last week in the middle of the week and just gave up for the rest of the week.
Good news I started back up on Monday and am doing great so far.
Mondays weight 225lb
 
The important thing is that you're now back on track. It would have been so easy to completely fall off the wagon, but you've regrouped and are going strong again. Congrats to you!

I ALWAYS have trouble right before and right after vacation! :confused: Don't let it rattle you too much! I just cut myself some slack for the first week back and then try to ease back into my healthy living habits.

It's Thursday and you've been back on track since Monday so you're doing GREAT! :Pinkbounc I just want you to know that it's OK to come here even when you're NOT doing so well. We're here for you no matter what! With that said, I always know when I'm messing up too much, because I HATE to post to my journal.

So here we go, back to the routine! Hope today goes well for you! I'm sure you and the scale will be friends again soon! :sunny:
 
Wohoo!!! I am down 3.5 lbs this week. I did horrible on Sunday night since it was my birthday.
 
Last week I set a goal to lose 10lbs by Easter (4-11-04). So I am down 3.5 and need to lose 6.5 more. :Pinkbounc

I am down only .5 lb this week. (TOM) I guess it's better than nothing. But the good news is I can get my 15lb clippie back. :Pinkbounc

I went up 2lbs this week. I had TOM last week and I was getting very frustrated with myself. I go WAY off plan with him. :rolleyes: I still did go to Curves 3x last week. I was getting frustrated because I have been losing and gaining the same 5 LBS. for some time now. BUT I did learn some things on Saturday night. DH and I went out to dinner together and I had put on my jeans (I usually only wear jogging type pants with an elastic) and I was able to take them off WITHOUT unbuttoning them. :Pinkbounc Plus my elastic pants are loose. Then for dinner DH and I went out for chinese. I ordered chicken and broccolli and chicken fingers. I took a couple bites of the chicken fingers and I said yuck these are very greasy. I took them apart and only ate the chicken no breading. Also I made a dessert at home made with crushed pineapple with juice, and sugar free pudding mix, and I thought it was too sweet. So even though the scale is not moving like I would like to I am seeing other great things.

You must be doing something right if those clothes are falling off of you now! You'll get past that plateau soon enough!

You are losing inches baby! And that is awesome! Keep in mind that with strength training you will gain muscle which weighs more then fat. The fact that you are trimming up really says something. Don't concentrate on the number your scale falls on - as long as you are losing inches you are losing! Soon the scale will follow suit.
