Salmon???

Where can my wife get a good salmon meal? I had forgotten about her new love of salmon when I planned ADRs.

I see Coral Reef has Salmon, but is there a difference in quality between lunch and dinner.

Anywhere else? Thanks

Caveat: Fish, more than any other menu item, is market driven, so any particular fish is not guaranteed to be on the menu every day. That said, the list below is of good restaurants which are fairly safe bets to have well-prepared salmon:

Artist Point has Cedar Plank Salmon.
California Grill.
Bluezoo changes up its menu based on availability, but it sometimes offers salmon.
Flying Fish has it.
Shula's has it.

Not as highly recommended, but still viable options:
Chefs de France
Le Cellier

Difference in quality between lunch and dinner, as in, is the portion smaller, or as in do they use different types of salmon or, as in do they cook it differently?

Artist Point's signature dish is salmon.

There is a salmon dish at wolfgang puck express at DTD that looks lovely - costs $17 or so so a great deal for a QS credit if you are on the dining plan.

I've had lots of really good salmon dishes at WDW.

The best salmon I have had on property is the one at Artist Point but I really like my salmon salad at Turf Club as well.

Best Salmon I had this trip was at Sunshine seasons! (Even beat Artists point and WPE!)

Also, they have a great salmon meal at Raglan Road. And then you can get some of the bread and butter pudding!

My favorite is the Flying Fish. I get it everytime we are there.
