Salmon with Corn Bread at Le Cellier?

Just back and very sad that they no longer have the salmon served on a bed of cornbread baked in a tiny skillet. Anyone else a fan? I've been looking for the recipe on the internet, but no success. Can anyone out there offer some help? Thank you.
