At Le Cellier, go with the steak as that is their speciality and I have enjoyed the steak there.
For Wolfgangs, Since they changed the menu several years ago and removed the Pad Thai, I normally go with the sushi or a salad/pizza combo. but just based on the discription I would go with the steak because of the crispy onion strings. Both the salmon and steak dishes sound like things that could be "mailed-in", i.e. a no-brainer for the cook.
At Ragland, the salmon sounds good and not a preparation I would fix at home.
For Tony's I would probably do the steak as I have fixed salmon with olives at home and discovered that olives and fish do not go together (at least in my opninion).
If you couldn't tell, the only place that I have personal steak or salmon experience was with Le Cellier. The other opinions are colored by my personal likes and dislikes, including the fact that I like to try things/preparations that I do not cook for myself at home. (I consider cooking a serious hobby)
