What gets hit with sales tax and service charges??

I know that you pay sales tax on the service charge as well, but does food get one or both??

Does car rental/motorcoach get one of both?

I think you mentioned you have the Passporter—page 50 has a chart showing every element of the wedding and what gets tax, service charge or both.
