Sales contract

We are considering selling a contract on our own to a family member. Does anyone in DIS-land have examples of a sales contract? PM me if you do. If it wasn't a family member, we would definately use the Time Share Store. We've purchased resales through them and they are the best!!

can you sell a contract directly like that without going thru rofr with disney?

Yes, you can. It must be submitted to Disney and pass ROFR first.
