Does anyone know how to find your sales agents email address? I had a card but can't find it anywhere.

I don't believe they are allowed to use e-mail.

Agreed. They have email but every time I emailed mine he called me back and said they are very limited with emails and what they can say. I would just call.

Hmm I thought the card he gave me had it on there but I might be wrong. I know he has a specific phone number because everytime I check in using my DVC there is a voicemail from him with it in case I need anything l.

They don't want to be cornered by something they put in writing in error. Verbal is hard to prove.

That's right, whenever I email my duide he emails back to call him or he calls me. But..the email I have is just his full name, separated by periods, @ disney.com

Right. I've exchanged emails with my guide, but never directly related to anything regarding a purchase.

In fact, my guide got burned while selling to my sister through my referral. He verbally quoted her a price on BLT a couple of years ago, and with the discounts at the time plus the referral discount, he messed it up. He quoted her a price based on being a current member, which she was not.

When he realized his error, he WROTE to her correcting it laying out what he had told her over the phone vs what he should have said.

The difference was pretty big (she was buying a lot of points) and so she called his boss and she got the price for current members because she could prove, using the email he sent afterward, that he had in fact given her that pricing.

She also got some free FPs for her first THREE trips to WDW (I think at the time they were offering them for the first trip only). Luckily she just used her last batch last month before the new FP+ system makes them iffy in the future.

He later told me the emails they send out have to pass through legal first, but I don't know if that's true, or if he was trying to pass along the blame for his mistake on someone else.

Ok thanks for the replies. I usually just prefer emails because with my schedule it can be hard for me to get a chance to call. I don't remember his last name only his first name. I will have to look through my papers and see if it is there somewhere :)

Exactly. The lawyer in me understands this. :-)

But I agree with OP. email is easier for my schedule too. Oh well.
