Salads at WDW

We are going to WDW in early August. I am looking forward to the meals, snacks, and sweets there, but I also love salads, especially in the summer. What places do you recommend at WDW that have yummy salads or sides with vegetables?

This may not be the answer you're looking for. I'm guessing you may want table service options, BUT when we got to Pizzafari at AK I frequently get a Caesar salad meal. I always enjoy it.

I am not necessarily looking for table service. Quick Service and snack places are even better.

There was a comment above about Pizzafari, which may have good salads but everyone in my family got pizza there last year and said it was the worst pizza they've ever had, they said "ketchup on cardboard" - so if you have some in the family that would opt for the pizza while you enjoy the salad, they may find it good but might not.

As for salads elsewhere, we always like Columbia Harbour House right near Haunted Mansion, their page on the Disney site shows the broccoli peppercorn salad, which we've had in the past and thought it was good.

I just had a great salad at Backlot Express in HS. Can't remember the name of it but was delicious!

I actually love the Chicken Cashew salad at Big River Grille Picocchio Village Haus used to have this great salad I think it was called meditteranian but they changed the menu and no longer have it.

There is a great salad at Pecos Bills (Southwest Salad, which you can get with chicken or beef) and another at the Backlot Express (Galactic Chicken Salad).

Garden Grill had a really good salad included in their aycte meal.

They changed the menu recently (so long sweet potato fries ), so I don't know if it's still the same, but it was really good.

Surprisingly, pulled pork works really well as a salad topping with the corn, salsa and spicy dressing.

And like the DFB mentions, "it’s not light, I liked the option of a breadless, mostly un-fried counter service option" that doesn't feel as heavy as typical entrees.

I liked the Coronation Salad at Rose and Crown. I've also had several great salads at California Grill, though I think those change seasonally.

I'd like to know to, especially at CS. At TS, I like the entree salad at LTT and the chicken caesar salad at GFC.

I just had a great salad at Backlot Express in HS. Can't remember the name of it but was delicious!

I love this salad. It is called the Galactic Chicken Salad, but don't let the Star Wars name throw you. It has fresh chicken, but lovely black bean salsa with tasty vinaigrette on it. Backlot is QS.

Although I didn't get a chance to try it, the salad at the QS place in the American Pavilion looked great. I think it is called a Red, White, and Blue salad, because it has blue cheese on it.

The tuna nicoise salad at Les Halles in the EP France pavilion is great.

The best salad, hands down, is the chopped Cobb salad at the Brown Derby at the Studios. It's a table service, but there's a lounge outside that doesn't require ADRs and you can get the salad there. Probably one of my favorite dishes on property!

My favorites are Colony salad at Liberty Tree and Sci-Fi also serves a great chicken salad with corn, spicy ranch and bacon. It's really delicious and a refreshing change from burgers there.
